  • Proof galleries are delivered first for you to review and select your favorite images. Once your favorites have been narrowed down to the number included in your package and any additional edited images have been purchased, your final edited gallery will typically be delivered in approximately 4 weeks.

    During peak seasons, larger orders, or periods with multiple rush edits, turnaround times may be extended slightly.

    If you need your final edited images by a specific date, please purchase Rush Editing using the link provided in your preview email when submitting your image selections.

  • You will receive your images via email with an updated folder link and password.

  • You will receive the amount of retouched photos according to your purchased package plus any additional images purchased. You will also receive all the unedited websize images.

  • Yes, the link to purchase additional images is in your preview email towards the bottom or click HERE. Please purchase your additional photos at least 2-3 weeks after sending them over from your folder. Additional images are available for purchase at any time, subject to availability, including after receiving your initial selection.

  • Yes, however your order will still have the same editing time once purchased. Click HERE to purchase

  • After you receive your final images there is an icon to purchase prints and products right from your folder.

  • Yes, there is a share link on your photos and you may also download your photos and share. Please avoid screenshotting your images as that will destroy the quality of the images. Sharing photos via Facebook Messenger will also destroy the quality.
